At 9,000 feet on The Farm at Knapp Ranch, we grow a variety of produce, including carrots, Red Russian kale, collard greens, an assortment of lettuces, squash, and zucchini, resulting in nutritiously dense and flavorful foods. Our produce availability varies throughout the year and can be purchased at our store Knapp Harvest.
